Welcome to TheManifest-Station Intention Experiment

Greetings all,

A few months ago I was sent a note on Facebook by a friend of mine. The note detailed an experiment that she had conducted at home, after being inspired by Dr. Masuro Emoto's book The Hidden Secrets in Water.

Essentially, she took two seperate containers of cooked rice, and then felt an emotion towards each one - documenting any differences in the physical apprearance of each container.

After looking through her experiment, I thought that it would be a great way to help teach my son how powerful his thoughts and emotions actually are. I urge you to attempt this experiment on your own as it is extremely easy to do, and the results may astound you.

With her permission, I've posted Angie Oikawa's experiment below my photos.

Step #1 - Spell out a positive and negative emotion on seperate pieces of cardstock.

Step #2 - Place containers with cooked rice in them on each of the mats.

Step #3 - Cover each container and set on top of corresponding cardstock. Place on counter-top
(I used opposite sides of the kitchen).

Step #4 - Each day, feel the designated emotion toward the each rice.
We decided on 30 seconds each time, twice a day.

THE RESULTS

~ note: movements of rice are from picking up containers to take pictures ~
All pictures on left-side are 'loved' rice and all pictures on left are 'hated' rice.

Day 2 - Rice looks the same as Day 1.

Day 2 - Rice looks the same as Day 1.

Day 5 - Not much change.

Day 5 - A small spot of mold has started growing.

Day 6 - A small spot of mold has started growing.

Day 6 - Mold has gotten larger.
White hairs have started to grow.

Day 7 - Mold is the same size as yesterday.

Day 7 - Mold has gotten larger.
White hairs have spread throughout.

Day 7 - Underside of container.

Day 7 - Close-up of hair.

Day 9 - Mold has grown slightly. Some yellowing.

Day 9 - Mold has grown. Hair is getting thicker.

Day 11 - Mold remains same size.
Yellowing remains same as well.

Day 11 - Mold starts to grow in a few spots.
Rice starts to turn reddish-black and slimy in places.
Hair covers most surfaces.

Day 11 - Underside of container.
Rice looks the same as Day 1.

Day 11 - Underside of container.
Rotting is obvious.

Day 13 - Mold spot remains approx. same size.
Some hair growing.

Day 13 - Rice is almost completely covered in hair.
Rotting spreads a little.
The smell of this one is driving my wife crazy!

Day 13 - Close-up of hair.
No bad smells from this container.

Day 13 - Close-up of rotting, hairy rice.

Day 13 - Underside of container.
Rice looks the same as Day 1.

Day 13 - Underside of container.
Rotting covers almost entire bottom.

Day 16 - Mold and hair have grown larger.
Second patch of mold starting.

Day 16 - Rice is completely encapsulated in hair.
Smell is horrific.
Yellow slime growing on bottom.

Day 16 - Close-up of second mold location.

Day 16 - Close-up.

Day 16 - Underside of container.
Hair has started to grow underneath.

Day 16 - Underside of container.

If you read through Angie's experiment below, you will see that my results seem very similar to Angie's in that there is an obvious difference between the two containers of rice.

This was a great visual lesson for myself and my family. My son has been extremely caring towards his sister and anytime he starts to slip, I just remind him about the rice and ask him how he's feeling RIGHT NOW towards her.

ANGIE OIKAWA'S RICE INTENTION EXPERIMENT

OBJECTIVE

My objective is to supply evidence to support the idea that intentions can modify and alter our physical reality.

*An intention is a thought and an emotion combined*

HYPOTHESIS

I'm looking for evidence that the power of meditation and intention can significantly affect the physical world. After studying the work of Dr Emoto’s water crystal experiments, I was inspired to do my own experiment using intention and rice. I picked two frequently used statements that many people use without a full awareness of the effects that these thoughts and emotions can potentially have on their realities. My hypothesis is that the rice in the LOVE sample will not depreciate as quickly or in the same fashion that the HATE sample will.

Materials:

-2 Sealed Plastic Containers containing cooked Rice.

-2 Container Labels with Written Intentions: "I Love U" and "I Hate U".

PROCEDURE

Although affecting the rice is an important aspect of the experiment, it is only the first step. My thoughts aren't focused specifically on the rice, but on tapping into the powerful emotions of Love and Hate.

I simply repeated each intention over and over in my head until I felt it and then I sent it to the corresponding sample. We all know how differently love and hate feel so producing the desired emotion comes fairly quickly.

RESULTS

As predicted, both containers aged in different ways over the course of the experiment. What I did not expect was the rapid pace of deterioration and the vile smell that the HATE produced. The implication of these results are quite profound when considering the relationship between intentions and physical reality, and further experiments have a lot of potential to provide more valuable insights in this area.

The results on the self were also intriguing. Hate was felt in the pit of my stomach and my air became more restricted. Love felt very open, very physically relaxing and could be felt higher up in my chest, very close to the heart area.

CONCLUSION

This experiment shows that human consciousness can interact directly with the physical world. The results of the experiment support the idea that the water in the rice samples absorbed the intentions and responded in entirely different ways. Combining these findings with other similar ones like the water crystal experiments, indicate that it is not the rice itself, but the water inside the rice that changes its physical properties. Water is an emergent element that is able to absorb and store information, as demonstrated in the water crystal experiments, and change its molecular structure and physical appearance.

Because water is both inside the rice and inside us, we will call it the bridging element. This experiment has lead me to believe that because humans are on average, 70% water, we too absorb and store the energy and intentions from ourselves and others through our thoughts and our feelings.
